This oil comes from the lands of the Arcamone estate, one of the “family organic farms” since 1990. The cultivar is Coratina, grown without the use of chemicals, thanks to a favorable microclimate able to naturally support its production cycle. The flavour is intense and balanced, slightly bitter with a strong and persistent spiciness.
Tasting notes:
- Fruity: Medium-intense.
- Aroma: Elegant and complex, characterized by harmonic vegetal tones of fresh grass.
- Flavour: Balanced, softely bitter with persistent hint of pepper. Present vegetables tones of green almond and artichokes.
