Mahjoub Organic EVOO

Made from Chetoui olives grown in the Mejerda Valley of Northern Tunisia, this oil is produced using an ancient process where olives are crushed in small batches using granite millstones. The unfiltered oil that results from this process has a spectacularly aromatic nose with bitter notes of dandelion greens and sweet berry on the finish. This oil is certified organic. This Tunisian olive oil works wonderfully with all types of Mediterranean dishes. Drizzle it over pasta, crostini, and paninis, or mix it with a sweet vinegar for a charcuterie board condiment.
