Simply add water and your favorite Extra Virgin Olive Oil, let the dough rest for an hour, then bake in a cast iron skillet. In just 20–25 minutes at 450°F, you’ll have a beautifully crisp crust on top and bottom with a soft, chewy, flavorful interior.
Finish with flaky sea salt and Parmesan, or get creative with toppings like sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, bacon, or herbs. You can even incorporate a fused or infused olive oil for an extra layer of flavor.
