Mancini Fusilli

Mancini Fusilli is made in Italy using durum wheat grown directly by the producer, with just two ingredients: semolina and water. The pasta is bronze-die cut and slowly dried for 22 hours at low temperatures, creating a wonderfully textured surface and satisfying al dente bite.

The twisted shape is perfect for trapping and holding thick sauces, chunky vegetables, pesto, and dressings, making it equally delicious in warm pasta dishes or pasta salads.
