Rustichella Gnocchi di Patate

In Italy, Thursday is traditionally Gnocchi Day—Giovedì Gnocchi!—making them a perfect addition to your weekly dinner rotation.

Our favorite way to prepare them: Skip the boiling! Pan-sauté the gnocchi in a good extra virgin olive oil over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring frequently. They absorb the flavorful oil while developing a golden, crispy exterior and soft, chewy center.
