This classic Greek extra virgin olive oil made only from Koroneiki olives from Peleponnese has a ripe olive flavor with a hint of flowers and mild pepperiness on the finish. The Koroneiki olives used for this oil are grown by a small cooperative of farmers using the traditional methods of their ancestors.

Once picked, the olives are prepared into oil using the most meticulous modern methods under the watchful eye of the owner of the brand.
