From the foothills of Morocco’s Atlas Mountains, this exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made exclusively from Moroccan Picholine olives grown on a single estate.

The olives are hand-harvested from a farm certified for organic production and pressed in small batches to preserve their fresh, lively character. The estate also follows regenerative farming practices focused on caring for the soil and surrounding ecosystem.

In the glass, the oil is intensely fruity and green, with fresh herbaceous notes, impressive depth and a distinctly peppery finish. Moroccan Picholine olives are particularly prized for their bright fruitiness and naturally high polyphenol content.

How to Use It
